Businesses in Cambridge are hitting the headlines

21.02.2022

From new hotels, to world-leading exhibitions and tasty food products, here are a few that we’ve spotted this week…

Ai Weiwei at Kettle’s Yard, Cambridge

Internationally renowned artist Ai Weiwei has brought his latest exhibition to Cambridge. The ‘Liberty of Doubt’ exhibition features the artist’s existing work alongside historic Chinese objects.

Ai Weiwei’s name precedes him, so it’s no surprise to see strong media appetite. As featured in Financial Times, Cambridge Independent, House & Garden, The Guardian, and many more.

Ai Weiwei: The Liberty of Doubt is at Kettle’s Yard runs from 12th February 2022 – 19 June 2022 and is free to attend.

New products from Glebe Farm Foods

Local family-run growers and manufacturers, Glebe Farm Foods, recently launched its latest product to an already growing range – two deliciously smooth oat drinks; Glebe Farm PureOaty Barista and Glebe Farm PureOaty Creamy & Enriched. As someone who always has oat milk in the fridge, I can’t wait to give these a taste.

With vegan food on the rise, this product is *so hot right now*, and has been featured in Heart, The Grocer,  Daily Express.

The Fellows House

An exciting addition to Cambridge’s hospitality scene is The Fellows House, part of the Hilton’s Curio Collection. The 131-room apartment-style hotel, opened near Jesus Green, nods to the Cambridge Fellows – Darwin, Newton, Turing, Kipling and Attenborough, to name a few.  We can’t wait to try it out ourselves.

Widespread coverage and reviews for The Fellow House – as featured in The Sun, Daily Telegraph, The Times, among others.
